The homes on Golden Spruce Lane are row/townhouses that feature common elements. Each of the townhouses that you will find are good size, have nice walk-up basements and measure about 2,000 square feet. The homes all feature luxury finishes and the development of the homes were handled by a Country Homes builder who is renowned for doing great construction work.
The remaining homes in the area are standalone homes. These include bungalow-raised, bungalow homes, and 2-story homes. Most of the homes in the area have walkout, finished basements. A good number of homes have a separate entrance and two kitchens in the home.
The lots offered here are good size as well. Most people in the area truly do appreciate landscaping, leading to a great immediate area. Most people in the area not only love landscaping, but also love taking care of their homes – which can be seen in the large number of renovated homes. Many homes have new roofs, newly installed windows, new kitchens, and a number of other upgrades.
