Thornhill Woods real estate information

Thornhill Woods is primarily home to young married couples and families. Because of that, it has earned a reputation for being a family community. The neighborhood is filled with new homes. These homes range from clusters of townhouses to areas with standalone double-garage homes. The older properties tend to have more land than the newer developments do. Many of the newer areas tend to have smaller backyards and the lots are not as wide, but this is beneficial for first-time buyers who are able to afford a top neighborhood.

The reason that families are drawn to Thornhill Woods is the green space, parks, the trails, and the biking paths. Even though you are minutes from an urban area, you still have peace and quiet in the neighborhood. Over the past year, the value of the homes and townhouses here have risen dramatically, and there does not appear to be any sign that it might be slowing down. In fact, supply has been a problem for buyers when looking for a home in Thornhill Woods. The demand for homes in Thornhill certainly outweighs the supply. This once again highlights just how strong the real estate market is in this small pocket of Vaughan.
