We bought our first house in Ajax 4 years back and Angela was our Real Estate Agent.
We didn’t really know how it works – That is buying a house in Canada as we were just new immigrant in this country.
Angela helped us a lot and she gave us all the required information, how is the market, how to apply for a mortgage with the bank, and above all we visited many houses as prospective buyers. Finally, it paid up, and bought a practically new house.

After 3 years, we decided to move on as we have good jobs and we could afford for a bigger house, and again we knocked at Angela’s door. Without hesitation, she said yes, and we visited about 50 houses, and she was even more eager to show us more houses within our taste and value. It took us about 6 weeks where Angela helped us to find our dream house, just five minutes walk from Lake Ontario, and here we settled in our new home.
