The first condos in the area were registered in March 2006. This area of Disera Drive is still considered “under construction” and new condos have started to arrive in 2014. The “Fountain Project” is likely to be the last major project in the area.
The Disera Drive area is located just west of Bathurst Street and north of Centre Street, south of highway 407 (Vaughan. Ontario). The Disera and North Park condominiums are ideally situated, they are close to excellent amenities that are varied enough to provide something for everyone.
